Solton TWA 15 Sub

Solton TWA 15 Sub is an active 15" subwoofer with a dual-channel Class D amplifier and built-in Multi Bluetooth — a feature that allows multiple TWA 15 Sub units to pair simultaneously with each other and with a smartphone or tablet as a wireless signal source. The sub channel delivers 500 W continuous / 1500 W peak, while the satellite channel (350 W / 4 Ω continuous, 1050 W peak) drives a passive HD 101 or CT 5 N top cabinet directly from the sub's rear panel — no external amplifier required.

Multi Bluetooth and DSP — a system that cuts signal cables

The Multi Bluetooth function links several TWA 15 Sub units in a single Bluetooth session — practical for stereo or multi-zone configurations where running signal cables between subwoofers is impractical. Four DSP presets handle optimisation for different satellite cabinets and acoustic scenarios. The switchable microphone input lets a microphone connect directly to the sub's panel, removing the need for a separate mixer in simple speech and small-stage applications. The Mix OUT XLR output passes the signal to additional zones or recording without touching the main signal path. Factory-fitted 75 mm casters on the rear panel are standard equipment — not an option.

15" aaCRAAFT driver in a compact enclosure

The 15" aaCRAAFT long-excursion driver on a 3" (75 mm) voice coil works in a 15 mm birch plywood bass-reflex cabinet, extending to 35 Hz (-10 dB) at 99 dB sensitivity (1 W/1 m) with a maximum SPL of 127 dB continuous / 133 dB peak. At 475 x 530 x 620 mm and 31 kg the TWA 15 Sub sits in the same size class as the aart SUB 15 A but adds expanded three-channel electronics and Bluetooth. The M20 pole socket accepts a satellite directly on top — the recommended partners are the compact HD 101 passive top or the array-style CT 5 N column speaker.
