Solton 6 CX

Solton 6 CX is the smallest coaxial loudspeaker in the range, weighing just 5.5 kg, built for applications where a minimal visual footprint matters alongside clean bandwidth and predictable coverage. A 1.35-inch compression driver with a 1-inch exit is mounted concentrically with a 6.5-inch mid-low driver, and a conical 90° x 90° pattern delivers even coverage for speech and music over short nearfield throws.

Discreet Mounting in Visually Sensitive Spaces

Four integrated M8 points and an optional WB1 wall bracket let the cabinet be wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, or flown without disrupting interior design, which matters in cinemas, conference rooms, and educational facilities where large loudspeaker cabinets would be visually unwelcome. A compact 260 x 450 x 220 mm enclosure fits spaces with limited mounting room, such as low ceilings or wall niches.

Front Fill and Support in Smaller Venues

The 6 CX works well as a standalone main speaker in small rooms or as a front fill supporting a larger PA system in nightclubs and convention centers, covering the front rows with sound that matches the rest of the rig. An advanced passive crossover with PTC protection guards the HF driver against overload, and a 94 dB sensitivity across a 90 Hz to 18 kHz response gives enough output for speech and background music applications without overdriving the amplifier.
