PreSonus StudioLive Series III SE 32 – a professional digital mixing console with a 40-channel mix engine, 32 XMAX-Remote preamps, 33 touch-sensitive motorized faders, a 64×64 USB audio interface, onboard 34×34 SD recording and Milan-certified AVB networking. 32-bit floating-point DSP, A/D–D/A converters with 115 dB dynamic range (A-weighted).

The StudioLive SE 32 is built for engineers who need a full-scale FOH console with simultaneous multitrack recording, remote control and scalable I/O – without building a separate recording setup alongside the live rig. The one-to-one physical layout, with one fader per channel across 33 motorized faders, eliminates submenus during fast changeovers between sets. Every console setting – channel presets, routing, scenes – is fully recallable and stored in project files.

Fat Channel DSP and FlexMix – routing without compromise

Every input and output bus carries a full Fat Channel strip: HPF, gate, compressor, limiter, 4-band parametric EQ (input) and 6-band parametric EQ (bus) – with analogue-modelled processing options including Brit Comp, FC-670, Tube EQ and more. All 8 compressor models and all 7 EQs from the Fat Channel Collection are included standard in current firmware. The 16 FlexMixes are individually configurable per show as aux sends, subgroups or matrix mixes. Four dedicated subgroups, four FX buses with stereo returns and effect processors, and 24 DCA groups complete the routing architecture. The dual-core FLEX DSP engine runs all processors simultaneously with no shared resource limitations.

Recording, Milan AVB and remote control

The onboard SD recorder captures 34 tracks (32 channels + stereo mix) directly to card without a computer – and plays back for a one-click virtual soundcheck via Capture software. The 64×64 USB 2.0 interface runs simultaneously for parallel DAW recording and playback (a perpetual Fender Studio Pro license is included). Milan-certified built-in AVB networking connects NSB stage boxes, EarMix 16M personal monitors and the AVB-D16 Dante bridge over a single Ethernet cable. Remote control options include Universal Control (tablet/computer/phone locally), PreSonus Metro (full remote control over the internet with real-time audio monitoring) and QMix-UC (individual monitor mix control for performers).
