PMC 12 is a highly advanced three-way main monitor, a key model in the new Main Monitor Series unveiled for PMC's 35th anniversary. Its foundation is a newly developed, hand-built 12-inch (300mm) bass driver, which, thanks to a triple-wound voice coil and dual-spider suspension, offers an impressive 36mm linear excursion. Combined with ATL™ (Advanced Transmission Line) cabinet technology and aerodynamic LaminairX™ vents, this monitor delivers fast, dynamic, and extremely precise bass extending flat down to 20 Hz, making it the ideal tool for medium-sized recording and mastering studios.

The midrange section features the legendary, hand-crafted 75mm soft-dome (PMC75v3) equipped with the new n-compass™ waveguide technology, ensuring wide dispersion and consistent stereo imaging. High frequencies are reproduced by a precision 34mm tweeter. The entire system is driven by the external master36 system controller, which integrates 32-bit SoundAlign2™ DSP processing with powerful Class-D amplification (3600W), guaranteeing absolute linearity and control. The PMC 12 can operate as a standalone monitor or be expanded with an XBD module for increased dynamics in larger rooms.
