Millennia AOO-316 is an eight-channel analog output option for the HV-316 remote-controlled microphone preamp. It is installed at the factory and provides eight balanced analog outputs on a 25-pin sub-D connector, working at the same time as the standard Dante output.
Analog outputs without extra conversion
The card takes a direct balanced feed from the analog gain stage of each HV-316 channel, with no analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog conversion in the path. The output stages are the same HV-3 balanced design used in the HV-3C and HV-3D, so the signal to a console, a recorder or an existing converter rack keeps the character of the preamp.
How many cards do you need
One AOO-316 covers eight channels. For a 16-channel HV-316-16, order two cards. The connector follows the AES59 (Tascam) balanced pinout, which is common on converters and consoles.
