K&M 18860 Spider Pro SI is a two-tier column keyboard stand made from anodized aluminium, the advanced version of the acclaimed Spider stand. Two pairs of telescopic support arms — a horizontal lower pair and an upper pair angled at 15° — allow two keyboards to be set ergonomically one above the other, while infinitely variable height adjustment, folding legs and the option to mount a microphone boom make it a complete stage keyboard station for demanding musicians.
Two tiers with an ergonomic tilt on the upper instrument
Playing two keyboards stacked horizontally one above the other often forces an unnatural arm lift to reach the upper instrument. The Spider Pro solves this with the upper support arm pair permanently angled at 15° toward the musician, which naturally aligns the wrist and arm position. The lower arm pair is horizontal and telescopically adjustable in depth from 300 to 470 mm, covering both shallow stage pianos and deeper workstations. Infinitely variable column height adjustment via ergonomically shaped clamping elements locks the position without play across the full range up to 1310 mm.
Mobile construction and expansion to a third tier
Raised leg feet give the musician's legs free movement and leave room for sustain pedals under the stand. A special folding mechanism reduces the Spider Pro to a compact package for the optional carrying case 18851. A 3/8" or 5/8" thread in the column allows a microphone boom to be mounted without an extra stand. Optional support arm sets A (18865) and B (18866) add a third tier for another keyboard or controller, and the laptop holder 18863, controller tray 18876 and universal holder 18873 complete the station.
