H2 Audio Helios Channel

H2 Audio Helios Channel brings three Helios circuits together in one 19 inch, 2U chassis: the 0011 microphone preamp with its Lustraphone M10 transformer, a three-band inductor equalizer and a FET compressor limiter. Every unit is hand-assembled in Detroit.

A complete path from microphone to converter

A typical vocal chain means a preamp from one maker, an EQ from another and a compressor from a third, tied together with cables and mismatched operating levels. Here the whole chain runs on shared rails and one design philosophy, so setup comes down to three decisions instead of an hour of gain staging.

Instruments without a separate direct box

An Acme Audio Motown DI is built into the front panel, so bass or a Rhodes goes straight into the Helios path with no extra box and no extra cable. The compressor offers six ratios from 2:1 to 10:1, attack from 0.25 to 25 ms and release from 0.025 to 3.2 seconds, and two units can be linked for stereo work.
