The m908 AD8 Ravenna delivers this in one system: the latest generation A/D and D/A converters, a fourth-generation s-Lock PLL and 12 bands of parametric room correction EQ per channel — 288 bands in total — in 64-bit fixed-point filters. The AD8 configuration with one ADC module provides 8 analog input channels, expandable to 16 in the future by adding a second module.
Ravenna/AES67 and a flexible I/O architecture
The Ravenna/AES67 card based on the Merging ZMAN module provides 32 channels of network audio I/O up to 192 kHz over two Gigabit Ethernet ports, working natively with Merging Ravenna systems and — thanks to AES67/SMPTE ST2110 compliance — with Dante in AES67 mode and other audio-over-IP networks. Standard digital inputs (68 channels via AES3, ADAT, USB, S/PDIF and TOSLINK), a 16-channel balanced analog output and 24-channel AES3 Out ensure full integration with any studio setup. The m908 web interface runs in a browser without drivers, and the RCU remote with talkback, an SPL meter and up to 8 CUE paths round out session control.
