The Genelec 8040B RAW is a premium nearfield monitor designed for precision-critical applications such as professional studios, post-production, and broadcast. With its extended low-end reaching down to 41 Hz (-6 dB) and pristine imaging, it provides a highly accurate and fatigue-free monitoring experience.

The RAW version features a natural, unpainted recycled aluminium enclosure that not only looks striking but is also environmentally conscious. Optimised Class AB amplifiers power both drivers, while Genelec’s Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW™) ensures accurate dispersion. The Iso-Pod™ stand decouples the speaker from surfaces and allows for flexible angling. With built-in room response controls and Intelligent Signal Sensing (ISS™), the 8040B automatically switches to energy-saving mode when not in use.
