Elta Music SOLAR 42F is a unique analog instrument for creating microtonal ambient drones with a 5-step sequencer.
SOLAR 42F will inspire you to find a new spontaneous approach to composing music. It allows for creating a layered massive sound. The instrument is geared towards live performances, composing soundtracks for films and theatrical productions, atmospheric, microtonal, and background music. It is an enhanced version of the old SOLAR 50 model, inspired by early electronic musical instruments from the 1920s and 1950s, particularly Léon Theremin's "Harmonium" and the soundtracks of science fiction films.
