Bricasti Design MC1 is a fully differential stereo reference D/A converter with 2 x XLR inputs, 2 x AES In, 1 x SPDIF, 1 x Toslink, 1 x USB Type B, 1/8” TRS Trigger, 2 x Analog Outputs, and rackmount capabilities.

The MC1 is designed for critical audio applications to recreate audio waveforms with the highest precision, meticulously preserving the harmonic integrity of the signal. This ensures that the original character of instruments and vocals, as captured during recording, is maintained.

The MC1 features two completely isolated channels, each with its own dedicated linear power supply, D/A converter, DDS clocking, and analog circuitry. This design protects the signal from analog crosstalk. The dual-DAC design optimizes the dynamic range for each channel using the stereo ADI 1955 D/A converter in a mono configuration. The MC1 also incorporates Bricasti's proprietary filter technology to achieve optimal results in a modern reference D/A converter.
