BeesNeez Lulu Tube 1

BeesNeez Lulu Tube 1 is a small-diaphragm tube microphone inspired by the Neumann KM54: fixed cardioid pattern and a NOS Raytheon 5784WB tube in a compact pencil-mic body.

A rare pairing: small diaphragm and a tube

Most tube microphones are large-diaphragm designs; the Lulu Tube goes the other way, combining a small diaphragm's fast response with the warmth of a tube circuit. The result is a natural, three-dimensional sound on acoustic guitar, piano and orchestral sections, without harshness on cymbals or violins.
