The neck-thru construction provides incredible responsiveness on the upper frets of the neck while maintaining a dense, percussive tone with sustained sustain. The lightweight and perfect balance ensure hours of playing comfort, and the extended EndurNeck neck profile maximizes the design benefits for even more impressive sensations.

Visually, the guitar impresses with swift streamlined forms and a refined balance of innovations and classical traditions. In terms of sound, the Plini Edition Neck-Thru is capable of covering a variety of genres and styles, but is especially good for modern progressive metal with high gain and crystal-clear overdrive tones.

In addition to stunning playability, the Boden Plini Edition offers a wide range of tonal shades thanks to the neck-thru construction. Compared to bolt-on, the sound becomes denser, more focused, and with sustained sustain. The wood is carefully selected to maximize acoustic characteristics. Cork oak gives a percussive high presence, complemented by chambered ash wings. In combination with the five-layer carbon-maple neck-thru body, massive maple top, blackwood, and Richlite fretboard, the Plini Edition has a perfectly balanced acoustic character. Suhr pickups with 3-way switching provide a wide range of humbucking and single-coil sounds.
