RØDE K2 is a premium large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone that combines the warmth of vintage valve sound with modern precision and versatility. Equipped with dual 1" diaphragms and a continuously variable polar pattern, it allows seamless transition between omnidirectional, cardioid, and figure-8 modes via the external power supply. This flexibility makes the K2 an exceptional choice for recording vocals, instruments, and room ambience.

Powered by a hand-selected 6922 twin-triode tube (E88CC/6DJ8), the RØDE K2 delivers the rich, musical warmth reminiscent of classic studio microphones from the 1950s, while maintaining a low self-noise of just 10 dBA and an impressive maximum SPL of 162 dB. Its extended frequency response (20 Hz – 20 kHz) ensures a full-bodied sound with detailed highs and deep lows, suitable for both subtle acoustic performances and powerful vocal takes.

The microphone comes complete with the SM6 shock mount and pop shield, an external power supply with pattern control, a 10 mm 7-pin cable, and a padded ZP1 storage case — offering everything needed for professional studio use straight out of the box.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one, or in the absence of an available model, we will replace it with an analogous one in the same price range or refund the entire amount that has been paid. The most important thing is that the product is used properly.
