sE Electronics KLS 150 are closed-back studio headphones with a 40 mm driver, bass control on the earcups and a dual-shell construction for strong passive isolation. They are sE's first headphones, made for tracking, mixing and live work, and weigh 335 g.

Bass Control and isolation with an open mic

The worst thing in a vocal take is click and backing track leaking from the headphones into the microphone. The dual-shell earcups give strong passive isolation (this is not active noise cancellation), so the cue stays in the ears and out of the take. Bass Control lets you match the low end to the job, one setting for the singer in the cue mix and another for mixing. Interchangeable earcup covers protect the controls from being knocked out of place. An impedance of 39 Ohms and 98 dB sensitivity let you run them from an audio interface, and the included 3.5 mm to USB-C adapter connects them to gear without a classic headphone jack.

Comfort for the whole session and road-ready build

Memory foam and leatherette pads spread pressure evenly, and a consistent seal helps keep isolation and low end stable. The earcups swivel 90 degrees for one-ear monitoring, laser-etched markers return the headband to your setting and there are several folding positions. Glass-fiber reinforced parts and corrosion-resistant spring steel survive life in a gig bag. The cable is detachable and locking, so replacing it does not mean replacing the headphones.
