Reloop RP-2000 MK4 Silver is a quartz-controlled direct-drive DJ turntable with an aluminium platter and an Ortofon OM Black cartridge pre-mounted on the headshell. It is built for a first turntable and first sets, here in a silver finish.
Steady speed and a quick start
When you mix, the record has to turn exactly as fast as you set it and start the moment you press the button. The eight-pole brushless DC motor has starting torque above 1.0 kgf/cm and a start-up time under one second, and an electronic brake stops the platter without a long coast. Speeds of 33 1/3 and 45 RPM, a +/-8% pitch fader with a centre detent and wow and flutter below 0.15% WRMS make it behave predictably.
Ready to play out of the box
The package includes an Ortofon OM Black cartridge, hand-made in Denmark and already fitted to a headshell, so you can start playing at once. The statically balanced S-shaped tonearm has a universal SME connection, 0-4 g tracking force, 0-7 g anti-skating, a hydraulic lift and a pop-up stylus light for dark booths. A reinforced chassis and shock-absorbing feet damp the vibration that causes feedback and skipping.
