Neumann TLM 102 is a compact large-diaphragm cardioid condenser that brings the Neumann sound to smaller studios, in nickel.

A gentle presence boost above 6 kHz gives vocals air and definition without harshness, and the capsule stays linear below that, so voices and acoustic instruments sound natural and need little EQ.

Loud sources without worry

With a maximum SPL of 144 dB the TLM 102 handles close-miked guitar amps, drums and brass as easily as spoken word, which makes it a flexible first Neumann for a project studio.
