Cre8audio & Pittsburgh Modular bring the analogue punch!

Cre8audio at Superbooth 2025! During Superbooth 2025, Cre8audio in collaboration with Pittsburgh Modular unveiled two brand new devices: the Boom Chick – an analog drum machine with an advanced sequencer, and the Assembler – a vintage-inspired mixer designed for modern electronic and modular synth artists.

Boom Chick – modern analog drum machine

The Boom Chick is a fully analog drum machine with five voices: kick, snare, hats, and two versatile Drum 1 & 2 channels. The sound palette ranges from classic rhythm boxes to futuristic experimental beats. Each channel provides extensive editing options, with oscillators and modulation delivering deep sound design flexibility.

Advanced sequencer with performance features

The built-in sequencer offers both Step and Live modes, along with tools like Step Shift, Chance, Humanize, Polyrhythms, Euclidean generators, and more. With 64 memory slots and 16 song locations, users can store and recall complex arrangements. Boom Chick can operate standalone or as a Eurorack module (40HP), featuring a full range of I/O: individual drum triggers, line outputs, MIDI TRS, Clock, and Reset.

Assembler – mixer with vintage soul

Assembler is a 10-channel analog mixer (2 stereo + 6 mono) with preamps, aux sends, pan controls, and a 2-band vintage-style EQ on the first two channels. It’s built for Eurorack or standalone desktop use, accepting both line and modular level signals – perfect for creative producers who value tactile control and sonic character.

Coming soon to Wired Tunes

Both the Boom Chick and Assembler will be available starting May 2025. You’ll be able to try them out soon in our Wired Tunes showroom in Warsaw – fresh from Superbooth 2025!
