Warm Audio WA-47 is a large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone designed to deliver the rich, detailed sound of the legendary vintage “47-style” microphones used in classic studios. With a custom K47-style capsule, a TAB-Funkenwerk (AMI) USA output transformer, and a JJ 5751 vacuum tube, the WA-47 provides the warm lows, smooth mids, and silky highs that have defined countless iconic recordings. It’s an ideal choice for vocals, acoustic instruments, drum overheads, and room ambience, bringing timeless analog depth to modern productions.

The WA-47 features a fully discrete tube circuit with premium components and nine selectable polar patterns — cardioid, omni, figure-eight, plus six intermediate blends — giving engineers maximum versatility in capturing different room acoustics and sources. Its wide dynamic range and low self-noise make it equally suited for intimate studio sessions and loud sources. Built with precision and reliability in mind, the microphone comes with a dedicated external power supply, a high-quality 7-pin cable, a shockmount, and a wooden storage box.
