Nord Electro 6D 61 is a powerful and portable stage keyboard featuring 61 semi-weighted waterfall keys by Fatar, ideal for organ performance, synth leads, and dynamic piano playing. Combining three independent sound sections — Organ, Piano, and Sample Synth — the Electro 6D 61 offers seamless transitions between sounds, advanced split and layer capabilities, and a flexible interface optimized for live performance.

The Organ Section includes Nord's C2D engine with simulations of B3 Tonewheel, B3 Bass, Vintage Transistor Organs (Vox/Farfisa), and two Pipe Organ models. The dual-organ mode with 9 physical drawbars allows players to control upper and lower manuals with ease, enhanced further by the Vintage 122 rotary speaker emulation and optional Nord Half-Moon switch.

The Piano Section includes a wide selection of Grand, Upright, Electric, and Digital pianos from the Nord Piano Library. Layer category patches and creative filters expand expressive possibilities, while enhanced polyphony ensures a smooth playing experience.

The Sample Synth Section delivers rich tones from the Nord Sample Library 3.0, including Mellotron and Chamberlin samples. With 512 MB memory, this section features intuitive controls for shaping attack, release, and dynamics.

The Effects Section provides stereo effects modelled on vintage stompboxes, assignable independently to Organ, Piano, or Synth sections. With EQ, filter, delay, reverb, and amp simulations, it gives performers broad sonic control directly from the panel.

Designed for stage use, the Electro 6D 61 includes USB and MIDI I/O, audio inputs and outputs, sustain pedal connectivity, and a bright display. Lightweight at just 8.1 kg, it’s the perfect all-in-one instrument for touring musicians and studio professionals alike.
