Moog DFAM

Moog DFAM (Drummer From Another Mother) is a semi-modular, fully analog percussion synthesizer featuring an 8-step sequencer, two oscillators, a ladder filter, and three envelopes for shaping pitch, filter, and VCA. DFAM is a powerful tool for crafting dynamic percussive patterns, basslines, and experimental textures within both standalone and modular setups.

The intuitive 8-step sequencer allows real-time control over pitch and velocity per step, creating evolving rhythmic sequences. Two analog oscillators provide square and triangle waveforms, while the built-in white noise generator adds texture. The classic Moog ladder filter offers switchable low-pass and high-pass modes, delivering everything from deep bass to sharp tones. The semi-modular architecture includes a 24-point patch bay with 3.5 mm connections, enabling full integration with Eurorack systems or expansion with other Moog devices like the Mother-32 or Subharmonicon.

DFAM includes a 1/4" TS/TRS audio output for connection to line-level systems or headphones, and comes with a set of patch cables. Its robust design and hands-on interface make it ideal for studio work, live performance, and modular synthesis exploration.
