The Audient ID4 MKII is an external USB-C audio interface with low latency, powerful 24-bit/96 kHz AD/DA converters, JFET instrument input, XLR/TRS combo mic/line input, 2 x TRS balanced monitor outputs, Dual headphone outputs , ScrollControl mode for DAW and 48V phantom power switch. Its a one of the best interfaces for beginners, guitar players, home studios, podcasts, streaming and music production.

The ID4 MK2 features a new Class A mic preamp (Audient Console), which you can find in the Large Format Recording Console Audient ASP8024-HE. This provides the clean, studio-quality sound of classic analog equipment with extremely low noise and distortion.

JFET input

The JFET DI instrument input simulates the input stage of a real tube amplifier. It allows you to plug your acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, keyboard or drum machine directly into the DI input and start recording or performing live.

Dual headphone outputs

On the side panel there are dual headphone outputs with 3.5 and 6.3 mm stereo jacks. The outputs have a powerful preamplifier for working with headphones with an impedance of up to 600 Ohms.

Monitor Mix

Monitor Mix feature allows you to control the mix of both interface inputs and playback in your DAW, providing near-zero latency during multi-track recording.

ScrollControl

ScrollControl mode lets you turn one-touch volume knob into a virtual scroll wheel for controlling multiple DAW or plug-in parameters.

Works with iOS

One of the most important features is its full compatibility with iPhone and iPad, which allows you to record sound anywhere, anytime. Together with a durable all-metal housing that will withstand even harsh operating conditions, you get the perfect device for travel!

Free software
