drum module for modular synthesisers in Eurorack format. The BIA is based on an additional synt hesiser with six digital oscillators with adjustable waveform, harmonic decay and decay. The attack phase is adjustable and a noise oscillator is also included. The BIA offers three different synthesis modes , the waveform and individual oscillators can be detached from each other to create a versatile palette of drum sounds. A special feature of the module is that it has its own parameter for 'harmonics', which determines how many oscillators reach the output and how long they sound. All Basimilus Iteritas Alter parameters , such as Pitch, Attack or Decay, can be controlled by the CV.

• Skin acts as an additional synthesiser that simulates simple membrane drum sounds. The vibrations of the drum sounds do not interact with each other.
• Liquid is similar to the first Syntheseform skin, but the generated sounds have a much more present and powerful impact, as well as a pitch envelope.
• Metal , on the other hand, is a kind of FM synth that produces crazy metallic-atonal sounds. These are particularly suited to cymbals and hi-hats.
