KRK ROKIT 8 G5

KRK ROKIT 8 G5 is an active near-field studio monitor with a 78inch woofer, 1-inch tweeter, a 2-channel amplifier at 203 watts, built-in DSP, and interchangeable front panels.

ROKIT 8 G5 is the fifth update of the popular ROKIT 8 model from KRK. The acoustic system features a 8" woofer with a woven Kevlar aramid fiber cone and an upgraded 1" silk dome tweeter, along with built-in DSP with 25 graphic EQ settings (controlled via an LCD display) to adapt the sound to the listening environment. Additionally, the proprietary free app can assist users with more detailed customization. The built-in Class D dual-channel amplifier with a total power of 203 watts boasts high efficiency and the ability to maintain low operating temperatures during extended use.

ROKIT 8 G5 offers three different playback modes, each designed for different stages of production. The Mix Mode is intended for critical listening during mixing and mastering tracks, Create provides a more inspirational sound for composing music, producing, or simple listening, and Focus emphasizes mid-range frequencies, convenient for analyzing vocals and other instruments in that range.

In addition to all the features mentioned, ROKIT 8 G5 includes an optimized front-firing ported enclosure, wedge-shaped acoustic foam isolating pads, and two interchangeable front panels: one with grilles and one without, both included and attachable via magnets.
