Boss Digital Delay DD-8

Boss Digital Delay DD-8 is a guitar pedal with a digital delay effect with up to 10 seconds of delay, 11 delay modes, a 40-second looper, and stereo input/output.

The DD-8 offers the ability to use 11 delay effect modes, including the looper mode: Analog, Standard, Tape, Warm, Reverse, +RV, Shimmer, Mod, Warp, GLT, and Loop, each with its own unique sound character.

Simple adjustments are made using the rotary knobs for Effect Level, Feedback, and Delay Time. By using the Tempo/Exp input and a footswitch, you can expand control capabilities: control Tap Tempo, adjust loop parameters, and use the new Twist effect to enhance echo sound. If needed, an expression pedal can be used for continuous control of delay time, feedback, level, or all of these functions at once.

Despite its compact size, the DD-8 provides a variety of functional features thanks to its dual input and output jacks designed for mono or stereo connections. When connected in stereo, multiple options are available, including traditional stereo with 2 inputs/2 outputs, panning, and wet/dry mode for full signal mixing control.

The delay can also be used in bypass mode by activating the Carryover switch on the back of the pedal. The DD-8 pedal can be powered by a 9-volt battery or a Boss PSA power adapter (not included).

The signature durable metal housing is complemented by a rubber base to prevent slipping.
