The WA-19N addresses this at the source via its signature variable acoustic high-pass filter ring, providing up to -10 dB of physical attenuation at 50 Hz. This mechanical adjustment allows tracking engineers to thin out muddy acoustic guitars or boomy floor toms before hitting the preamp. Furthermore, an internal humbucking coil actively rejects electromagnetic interference (EMI) in studios packed with transformers and analog outboard gear.
