Two Distinct Headphone Mixes Without Extra Gear

A common problem in a recording session is that the engineer and the performer need different information in their headphones — the engineer judging overall mix balance, the artist wanting a simple cue mix with their own voice or instrument pushed up. Xpector solves this with two mirrored headphone paths carrying independent, configurable parameters for engineer and artist, with the artist side additionally equipped with a two-band shelf EQ to bring forward exactly what the performer wants to hear while tracking.

Scaling a Session Across Multiple Musicians Without Latency

Recording a rhythm section usually means every musician needs their own personalized mix, which with typical gear means building a complicated distribution system carrying digital latency. Xpector solves this by daisy-chaining multiple units together, each delivering a separate mix to the next musician, while keeping zero latency across the entire analog signal path. A mic preamp looped into the signal path can also feed straight into an audio interface without extra cabling.
