Sequential Prophet Rev2 16-voice Module

The Sequential Prophet Rev2 is Dave Smith’s reimagined version of the Sequential Prophet '08 poly synth, a modern classic that has been featured in countless recordings and performances since its debut in 2007. As Dave puts it, “The Sequential Prophet Rev2 is the realization of our effort to enhance and improve everything we could about the original design — all at a more accessible price.” The Sequential Prophet Rev2 retains all of the key features of the Sequential Prophet '08, while expanding on them. It offers twice the polyphony, a larger modulation matrix, waveshape modulation, digital effects per layer in stacked or split voice modes, a polyphonic step sequencer for each layer, and much more. The result is a true analog powerhouse.

With 16-voice polyphony, the Sequential Prophet Rev2 provides flexibility, allowing you to allocate voices as needed. Play dense chords, stack two 8-voice sounds for complex textures, or split the keyboard into two completely separate 8-voice instruments. An 8-voice version is also available, which can be expanded to 16 voices with the optional Expander Kit.

Controls: 5-octave semi-weighted keyboard with velocity and aftertouch, 55 knobs and 35 buttons for comprehensive editing, spring-loaded pitch wheel, and assignable mod wheel.

Memory: 512 factory programs (4 banks of 128) and 512 fully editable user programs, each with 2 layers.
