RODE NT2000 — a premium large-diaphragm studio condenser microphone featuring continuously variable controls for polar pattern, high-pass filter, and pad. Designed for ultimate versatility, the NT2000 delivers pristine sound quality, ultra-low noise, and an exceptionally smooth frequency response, making it ideal for vocals, acoustic instruments, and broadcast applications.
Equipped with a 1-inch gold-sputtered dual-diaphragm capsule and a precision-engineered Class-A circuitry, the NT2000 ensures transparent signal reproduction with minimal coloration. Its variable polar pattern (from omni through cardioid to figure-8) allows precise control over room ambience and sound directionality. The continuously variable pad (0–10 dB) and high-pass filter (20–150 Hz) provide flexible tone shaping directly on the mic body.
With an ultra-low self-noise level of only 7 dBA and the ability to handle SPLs up to 147 dB, the NT2000 performs flawlessly in both quiet studio environments and loud instrument recording sessions. The solid metal construction and included shock mount ensure durability and isolation from handling noise, making it a professional-grade microphone for demanding users.
