RODE NT1 Signature Series Cobalt is a condenser microphone with a cardioid pickup pattern, frequency range of 20-20000 Hz, 100 ohms impedance, maximum SPL of 142 dB, low noise level, high sound pressure level, and a shock mount included.
NT1 Signature Series Cobalt is a renewed version of the legendary RODE NT1 studio condenser microphone. With the same warm, silky character that made the NT1 a favorite microphone for many, the Signature series delivers the same classic studio sound for a wide range of tasks, from recording vocals and instruments to voiceovers, podcasting, streaming, and content creation.
NT1 Signature Series Cobalt is equipped with a 1-inch RODE HF6 condenser capsule, which provides rich bass, detailed midrange, and sparkling highs, a smooth frequency response and a tight cardioid pickup pattern.
The extremely low noise level (just 4 dB) guarantees incredibly clean recordings, and the ability to capture high sound pressure level sound up to 142 dB means the NT1 Signature Series excels at recording even the loudest sounds, making it a true all-round microphone for studio work.
