Building on the success of the proven SCS70iW Pro, this new model doubles both the driver count and amplification, resulting in a significant 6 dB increase in maximum output capability. The subwoofer delivers an impressive 116 dB continuous and 121 dB peak SPL, all within a compact cabinet width that perfectly matches the SCM200AiW Pro main monitors for seamless visual integration.
The unit utilizes a sealed box design, ensuring fast, transient-accurate bass reproduction without the port noise or overhang often associated with reflex designs. The system is driven by two dedicated, remotely mounted R1-300 Pro Class A/B amplifiers, providing a combined 600W of power. The SCS140iW Pro offers advanced system integration features, including analogue 4th order Linkwitz-Riley filters with multiple crossover settings (including industry-standard 80 Hz and bypass), continuously variable phase control, and a footswitch input for remote muting.
