Wolff Audio Console ST-16 – a 16-channel modular analog console that hits the "sweet spot" in Paul Wolff's lineup, combining a compact footprint with powerful mixing capabilities for mid-sized commercial studios.

The ST-16 is the perfect solution for engineers requiring more channels than the ST-8 but still needing a desk that fits into smaller control rooms. Each of the 16 input channels offers three summable inputs, providing a total of 48 signals available during mixdown (plus effects returns). The console comes factory-equipped with 16 Wolff Audio RefPre preamps and 16 FREQ equalizers (500 Series format), making it a complete "out of the box" recording and mixing system.

A unique feature of the ST-16 is its sonic flexibility. Thanks to swappable "Tone Cards" on the summing buses, users can change the console's character from crystal clean to saturated vintage styles (e.g., British or American) in seconds. The Grand Master mode allows for summing 6 stereo buses (3x Mix + 3x Sends) to the main output, creating a powerful, multi-layered mix. A version with full "Flying Faders" automation is also available.
