Solton FLC 82 – a flying frame for RB 82 line array clusters, the large version rated for stacks of up to 16 modules.
An engineer building a large RB 82 cluster for a festival or arena show has two problems to solve at once: load capacity across a dozen-plus modules, and precise, repeatable curvature of the box array. RB 82 already has factory-integrated rigging with 0° to 12° angle adjustment between adjacent cabinets, but it's the FLC 82 frame that ties the whole cluster into one load-bearing structure and transfers it to a single rigging point.
Clusters of up to 16 modules on one load point
The large frame version comfortably handles a cluster of up to 16 RB 82 systems, covering most outdoor and arena applications without adding a second suspension point or splitting the cluster into two independent hangs. For the rigger, that's one structural calculation instead of several; for the crew, it's one set of chains to lift rather than a distributed structure.Cluster curvature with 1-degree precision
The precision-machined rigging hardware lets you set the angle between each pair of RB 82 modules in 1-degree steps, giving a repeatable match between array curvature and room geometry – from steep coverage of the near field to a flatter throw into upper seating. Load-in moves quickly because the cluster's geometry is set module by module, without hand-fitting each connection at every show.KEY FEATURES
