Compact format with flexible routing
The mixer features 6 mono channels with Onyx mic preamps and 4 stereo channels, delivering 14 total inputs. Mono channels include inserts, 3-band EQ and low-cut filters. The ALT 3/4 bus enables fast signal rerouting, solving typical workflow limitations in small-format mixers. Two AUX sends (pre/post) and two stereo returns provide integration with outboard gear and monitor mixes.
VLZ4 headroom and reliability
Six Onyx preamps provide up to 60 dB of gain with a wide 128.5 dB dynamic range and +22 dBu line handling. The low-noise design with improved RF rejection ensures stable performance in broadcast and live setups. Fully analog architecture without built-in FX or USB keeps signal flow predictable and robust.
