Heritage Audio OST-8 ADAT

The Heritage Audio OST 8 ADAT is an 8-slot rack case for 500 series modules with ADAT output, On Slot Technology, World Clock In/Out, 3 x DB25 connectors, 8 x XLR Inputs, and 8 x XLR Outputs.

The OST-8 ADAT is an 8-slot 500-series rackmount unit designed to maximize the potential of your audio interface. Featuring a built-in premium 24-bit/192kHz ADC, this unit seamlessly integrates analog 500-series processing with your digital workflow via ADAT connectivity.

The OST-8 ADAT offers superior signal path protection and isolation for each of its eight slots, ensuring optimal performance from your 500-series modules. Each module receives individually regulated power, guaranteeing maximum performance. Dual indicator lights per slot confirm correct voltage (±16V). A unique "LINK" button allows for internal connection between adjacent modules without patch cables.

You can select the input routed to the ADC on a per-channel basis, choosing between the direct input signal, the signal after passing through a 500-series module, or an external input signal. The ADC can operate as a master or slave unit, with a BNC Word Clock connector for stable synchronization.
