Focal Shape 65 is a nearfield active studio monitor featuring a 6.5-inch woofer and a 1-inch tweeter, incorporating technologies derived from Focal’s flagship SM series. It delivers precise and clear sound reproduction suitable for all stages of music production — recording, mixing, and mastering.
The woofer cone is constructed using a sandwich design with fiberglass outer layers and a flax fiber core, enhancing low-frequency response and damping. The tweeter features an inverted M-shaped dome made from an aluminum-magnesium alloy, ensuring high clarity, uncolored mids, and low distortion. A dual passive radiator improves bass response and allows placement near walls without compromising sound quality.
Built-in low and high frequency filters combined with a crossover enable tuning of the monitor to the acoustic properties of any room where it is used.
