Ferrofish A32 Pro MM — a 64-channel analog-to-digital converter with 32x32 I/O and dual MADI connectivity (optical and coaxial) in a 1U chassis.
Built for studios and live installations where a single digital link failure can mean losing an entire session. A32 Pro MM pairs high analog channel density with redundant MADI, making it a natural fit anywhere transmission stability matters as much as conversion quality.
Redundancy Without Sacrificing Channel Count
Many multi-channel converters force a trade-off between failover protection and signal capacity. A32 Pro MM avoids this with two independent MADI ports — optical and coaxial — that can either run in parallel for full 32+32 channel transmission or switch automatically if one link drops. Power redundancy works the same way: two independent supplies are continuously monitored, switching without interruption to the signal and flagging any failure directly on the display.
Flexible Routing Without an External Computer
With a high channel count across analog, ADAT, and MADI, manually managing signal paths becomes unwieldy, especially mid-show or during a live session. An internal architecture built around two 400MHz cores with a floating-point unit handles routing, mixing, and processing for all channels simultaneously, with no computer required for basic operation. Four multitouch TFT screens display levels for all 64 channels in real time, and dedicated remote software for PC and Mac allows deeper configuration over USB, MIDI, or MIDI-over-MADI.
