Echolocator is a precision delay processor for live and studio use. It offers switchable character modes (tape or BBD), two shimmer types, and two filter topologies (in the feedback loop or in series), allowing deep control over the saturation and color of the repeats. Tap Tempo syncs the delay time, and BACK+TAP combination locks it to MIDI Clock.
The unit features pot-catch behavior (ON/OFF/POP modes), preset morphing (0.1–10 s), and USB library export/restore. All audio I/O is balanced; MIDI IN receives CC for all parameters except Input Gain and Volume, and the MIDI THRU port can be reconfigured as MIDI OUT to transmit CC when turning knobs.
