Tonverk is a sound-shaping ecosystem built for exploration. Each of the 8 audio tracks can host one of four machines — from simple WAV playback to complex multisampled instruments or 8-in-1 Subtracks — giving you control over polyphony, tone, and arrangement. Flexible routing via 4 buses, 3 sends and a master mix track lets you apply diverse effects, many of them new to Elektron’s ecosystem.
Modulation runs deep: assignable LFOs and envelopes per track and FX lane, MIDI CC control, and expressive performance options like aftertouch, velocity, and chord mode. Sampling is equally flexible — record directly or use Auto Sampler to multi-sample external gear. The sequencer offers up to 256 steps per track, parameter locks, individual track lengths, and powerful trigger conditions for evolving compositions.
