Wolff Audio Console ST-40 Automation – a massive, custom-class 40-channel analog console featuring full "Flying Faders" automation and a complete set of 80 500 Series modules, designed for studios handling the largest projects.

The ST-40 Automation is an expanded configuration of the flagship ST platform, offering an unprecedented channel count while maintaining complete digital control. Each of the 40 channels is equipped with a 100mm motorized fader (developed in collaboration with THD Labs), providing precise level and mute automation in Absolute and Relative modes. Furthermore, the faders can function as DAW controllers, enabling a seamless hybrid workflow between the analog domain and the digital session. The console ships "fully loaded" with 40 Wolff RefPre preamps and 40 Wolff FREQ equalizers, providing a total of 80 reference-quality modules.

With the ability to sum 3 inputs per channel, the ST-40 Automation allows for mixing up to 120 signals simultaneously. Its scalable "bucket" architecture allows for flexible physical configuration, such as placing a producer section in the center or creating an L-shaped layout. Unique features of the ST series, such as swappable "Tone Cards" on summing buses and the powerful Grand Master mode, make this one of the most versatile mixing tools available on the market.
