Universal Audio Apollo X16D Essentials – reference-grade audio interface with Thunderbolt 3 and Dante networking, designed for live sound systems and networked studio environments. It combines Apollo X-class conversion with real-time UAD processing powered by a HEXA Core DSP engine.

Dante networking with real-time UAD processing

The interface provides 16×16 Dante I/O alongside Thunderbolt connectivity, allowing seamless integration with digital consoles and audio-over-IP systems. The 6-core SHARC DSP enables complex UAD plug-in chains in real time without loading the host CPU, making it suitable for demanding live and studio workflows.

Immersive monitoring and scalable systems

Apollo X16D serves as a monitoring hub for immersive formats up to 9.1.6 and can be expanded by linking multiple units into a larger Dante system. The internal mixer provides full routing control, while instant recall ensures uninterrupted operation in live environments.
