Solton SUB K15 A is an active 15-inch subwoofer built for demanding touring applications both indoors and outdoors. A long-excursion driver sits in a compact bass-reflex enclosure with custom-designed ports featuring a large frontal area, cutting air turbulence and keeping output clean and distortion-free even at very high sound pressure levels. A built-in Class D amplifier delivers high efficiency and ample headroom, while an advanced DSP system with FIR filtering allows precise sound tuning.

Compact Build Without Sacrificing Output

Despite its strong output, the SUB K15 A stands out for its relatively low weight, making transport, handling, and quick deployment across different system setups easier. The cabinet can be run singly, stacked, or flown using dedicated pole mounts or fly bars, giving a lot of flexibility without needing a separate model for each type of installation. An IP45 rating lets it run in demanding outdoor conditions without a separate protective housing.

Low-Frequency Extension for KARAT K4 A Systems

The SUB K15 A significantly extends the low-frequency range of the system, delivering deep, powerful bass and a solid acoustic foundation. Paired with KARAT K4 A mid-high cabinets, it builds a balanced, fullrange system with strong low-frequency impact, and the available FLC K4A frame lets both elements be flown together as a single, unified cluster.
