Rupert Neve Designs RNDI-8 – 8-channel 1U active transformer direct interface, providing instrument direct injection for electric guitar, bass, synthesizer, keyboard, piezo pickup, or any other instrument-level source. Features eight independent channels of the RNDI circuit in a single rack space, utilizing custom output transformers and discrete class-A FET input stages for outstanding sonic performance. The unit offers a frequency response from below 5Hz to beyond 90kHz, with high input headroom up to +20.5 dBu (or +30.5 dBu with the -10dB pad engaged), and low impedance transformer-coupled outputs for driving long lines with minimal loss. Rugged steel chassis designed for lifetime stage and studio use, with reversible bolt-on rack ears for mounting options.

RNDI-8 offers unrivaled clarity from discrete FET amplifiers, drives long lines with minimal loss, provides excellent phase coherence at all frequencies. Powered by +48V phantom power, with two ground lift options: front panel ground lift isolates circuit ground from chassis ground, and rear panel Pin 1 Isolate switches for standard DI. 1/4" THRU outputs for passing the input signal to an amplifier.
