Rode Vlogger Kit Universal turns any smartphone with a 3.5mm jack connector into a full-featured video toolkit in just a few simple steps, enabling the creation of video and audio content that goes far beyond the quality required by popular online platforms: The Rode VideMicro is a proven, easy-to-use microphone that plugs into the headphone jack or camera microphone input. It provides clear, natural sound with a slight presence boost and can be shielded from the sound effects of gusts of wind with the included furry wind shield. For optimum illumination, the MicroLED slides onto two DCS-1 rail hotshoe connectors, along with a Videomicro swivel mount, and then onto a SmartGrip clamp. It provides up to 4 hours of light in 8 different colours, so colour temperature and quality can be adjusted to suit local conditions. The Tripod 2 table and support tripod is screwed to its underside and can be used both as a tripod and as a support. The ball joint allows the camera to be balanced even on uneven ground.
