The VideoMic GO II is designed to make capturing incredible audio incredibly easy. Featuring the same annular line tube technology as the acclaimed VideoMic NTG and NTG5 professional shotgun microphones, it delivers rich, full-bodied sound that instantly improves the audio quality of any camera, smartphone, tablet, or computer. As a highly directional shotgun microphone with supercardioid polar pattern, it clearly picks up sound from in front while rejecting off-axis noise, giving you crystal-clear, professional recordings with ease.

Revolutionary HELIX isolation mount technology provides superior protection from knocks, bumps, and handling noise while maintaining an ultra-low profile design. The mount features integrated cable management slots, camera shoe attachment, and 3/8" thread for boompole mounting. Dual connectivity offers maximum versatility: use the 3.5mm TRS output for traditional camera recording, or connect via USB-C to transform it into a fully functional USB microphone for podcasting, gaming, livestreaming, and video calls. When in USB mode, the 3.5mm output doubles as a headphone jack for zero-latency monitoring. The microphone runs on plug-in power from the connected device, eliminating the need for batteries or charging. Advanced features including input level control, high-pass filter, high-frequency boost, and -20 dB pad can be accessed through RØDE Central app on mobile devices or RØDE Connect software on computers. Compatible with up to four microphones simultaneously via RØDE Connect. Includes high-quality foam windshield for outdoor recording and plosive reduction, with optional WS12 furry windshield available for high-wind conditions.
