RØDE M3 is a highly versatile condenser microphone designed for studio, stage, and location recording. Equipped with a custom ½-inch condenser capsule and wide 40 Hz – 20 kHz frequency response, the M3 delivers clear, rich, and detailed audio, ideal for vocals, guitars, drums, percussion, and ensembles. Its end-address design and internal shock mounting ensure precise sound capture with minimal handling noise, whether used in the studio or on the move.

The M3 can be powered either via 24V/48V phantom power or a 9V battery, making it an excellent choice for field recording and mobile setups. A switchable high-pass filter at 80 Hz helps reduce low-frequency rumble and handling noise, while the built-in -10 dB and -20 dB attenuation pad allow for clean recording of high SPL sources such as electric guitars or percussion instruments without distortion.
