The RODE RODECaster Duo White is a compact and powerful all-in-one podcasting and recording studio with Aphex audio processing.
This device is ideal for high-quality audio recording and production, perfect for live streams and interviews, taking phone calls, connecting microphones and musical instruments, traveling, or just using it at home.
The RODE RODECaster Duo is powered by a high-performance quad-core audio engine with Aphex audio processing. It features emulations of various legendary audio processors like the Aural Exciter, Big Bottom and Compellor master compressors. It also includes a studio-grade compressor, noise gate, high-pass filter, de-esser and a 3-band EQ per channel. The studio is equipped with two powerful Revolution Preamps which provide high-quality sound, ultra-low noise and high gain up to 76 dB. These preamps work with various types of microphones, headsets, musical instruments or line-level signals. +48V phantom power is available for condenser microphones. The studio also has a built-in wireless receiver for RODE Series IV wireless transmitters.
The front panel of the device features a convenient 5.5-inch color touchscreen display. There are four faders and six RGB backlit pads below it, which allow you to conveniently trigger sounds, jingles or effects during live broadcasts (programmable via MIDI). The studio also has a built-in Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to receive audio or phone calls from smartphones. Using the built-in VoxLab editor and a dedicated knob, you can quickly achieve optimal sound, and for convenience, there are pre-set presets. The RODE RODECaster Duo White can be connected to two computers simultaneously thanks to its dual USB interface. On the back of the device, there are two USB-C ports. There is also another USB-C port on the left for 9V power supply. The studio has a built-in recorder with a microSD card reader, an Ethernet RJ-45 port.
