PMC 15 SUB XBD is an advanced 15-inch low-frequency cabinet designed as the foundation for the new Main Monitor Series (such as the PMC15 XBD). It serves to extend the dynamic range and frequency response of the main monitors, creating the powerful XBD configuration. At its core lies PMC's next-generation 380mm (15-inch) bass driver, featuring a triple-wound voice coil, vented motor assembly, and dual-spider suspension. This engineering marvel allows for an impressive linear excursion of 36mm (three times that of previous models), delivering massive yet ultra-precise low-end performance.

The cabinet utilizes the flagship Advanced Transmission Line (ATL™) technology paired with the new LaminairX™ aerodynamic vent system, which eliminates air turbulence at the outlet, ensuring sonic purity even at extreme volume levels. The module is fully integrated with PMC's digital control platform, utilizing powerful Class-D amplification and advanced DSP managed via the SoundAlign2™ interface. As a result, the PMC 15 SUB XBD offers not just infrasonic extension, but unprecedented control and integration for stereo and Dolby Atmos systems in the world's largest control rooms.
