Maximum Gain Before Feedback and Spill Rejection

Operating alongside loud stage monitors and main PA systems requires uncompromising isolation. The MTP 5 utilizes a strict cardioid polar pattern that highly attenuates off-axis sound sources. This severely minimizes the risk of acoustic feedback and effectively rejects unwanted stage bleed from cymbals or guitar amplifiers, leading to a much cleaner and more controllable vocal track at the front of house.

Mechanical Durability and Handling Noise Attenuation

Touring equipment must withstand rigorous daily use. The MTP 5 features a rugged die-cast zinc enclosure protected by a rigid steel wire mesh grille. Furthermore, an internal shock-mount system completely decouples the dynamic capsule from the microphone body. This specialized acoustic design drastically reduces low-frequency rumble and mechanical handling noise transferred from mic stands or the performer's hands.
