Klotz GRG1FP00.6 is a balanced microphone/line cable from the budget Greyhound series, just 0.6 meters long, running from a female XLR connector to a 6.3mm jack plug. A 2x 0.22 mm² conductor made from high-quality 99.95% pure copper delivers a dynamic sound and clean signal transmission, and an effective spiral shield protects against electromagnetic interference even over such a short run.

A Short Link for Gear Sitting Side by Side

The 0.6-meter length works well for connecting units placed right next to each other in a rack or on a mixing desk, such as between a DI box and a mixer input, or between two modules in the same frame, where a longer cable would only add clutter and snagging risk. A short run also means minimal cable capacitance, cutting the risk of top-end roll-off over an already short signal path.

A Solid Metal Connector Instead of Plastic

Metal XLR and jack connectors designed specifically for the Greyhound series, with a shorter sleeve and reinforced grip, hold the connection more securely and resist disconnection better than the plastic connectors found on cheaper entry-level cables.
